If you are buying as a consumer

You can cancel an order for Standard tags within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Tell us at hello@departmnt.xyz, then return the tags unused within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back. You pay the cost of returning them.

Custom tags are made to your specification, in your artwork. Under UK law they cannot be cancelled once production has started, which is when you approve the proof. Before you approve it, you can cancel and we refund you in full.

If you are buying for a business

Statutory cancellation rights do not apply to business purchases. If you need to change or cancel an order, write to us as soon as you can: before production starts we will always try to help.

Faulty or wrong tags

Whoever you are, if a tag is faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it, including the delivery cost.
