Pay
Checkout is secure and hosted by Shopify. Delivery is added there; no VAT is charged.

Approve
For Custom, we confirm your artwork and send a proof. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Receive
Standard from about a week. Custom a few weeks after you approve the proof.

Questions
Which tag is right for me?
The surface decides first. Metal needs an on metal sticker, a garment needs one that survives a wash, and a wall outdoors needs resin. If you are unsure, book a call and tell us the surface and the quantity.
Does it need charging?
No. A tag is passive: there is no battery and nothing to charge. It takes the little power it needs from the phone that touches it.
What is the difference between Standard and Advance?
Both open your Portal. Advance also signs every tap, so it cannot be copied, which is what you want on anything that proves it is genuine.
Can I have my own artwork?
Yes, that is Custom. While we finish pricing it online, Custom is quoted: book a call or ask for a quote. We confirm the artwork and send a proof before anything is made.
Can I order more than 20,000?
Yes. Above 20,000 of one tag we quote, and the price falls further. Book a call and we will come back within a working day.
Is VAT added?
No VAT is charged on the published price list. Delivery is added at checkout, before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Standard tags from about a week. Custom tags a few weeks after you approve the proof. You will see the delivery options at checkout.
Do I need a Portal first?
Each tag is ready to point at a Portal. If you do not have one yet, you can open one with no account.
