Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom. For delivery elsewhere, write to hello@departmnt.xyz before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Standard tags: from about a week after your order is confirmed.
Custom tags: a few weeks after you approve the proof. The clock starts at approval, not at payment, because nothing is printed before it.

Larger quantities and some finishes can take longer. If your order will take longer than this, we tell you when we confirm it.

Delivery is charged at checkout, and you see the price before you pay.

Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, tell us within 7 days at hello@departmnt.xyz with your order number.
